Terms and Conditions of use

1. Images downloaded remain the property of ours (Steele Images)
2. Unless otherwise agreed images are downloaded for single use
3. Whilst in possession of an image obtained from our library it must retain our original image reference number, caption and file info
4. Images may not be altered, manipulated or adapted
5. Images must be deleted or destroyed after use and in any case after 60 days unless request for extension of loan has been requested and agreed by ourselves
6. It is the responsibility of you (The Client) that any model release or consent that may be required for reproduction of an image are obtained and that its use is not indecent, obscene libellous or unlawful.
7. We (Steele Images) make no claim or warranty with regard your use of our images. Therefore you would indemnify us should any claim for damages including costs and expenses be brought against us as a result of your use of our images
8. Images may not be passed to a third party other than in the normal course of its specified reproduction.
9. Being accepted as a registered client for non-editorial use does not give reproduction rights until usage terms have been agreed in writing laying out, print run, territories and fee.
10. We require that you credit us and the photographer as specified in our caption with every use.
11. Invoices must be made within 30 days of issue unless a self billing scheme has been arranged in which case payment is due by the end of the calendar month directly following image publication.
12. Failure to pay under these terms may result in a late payment charge being incurred.
13. Although every effort is made to ensure the accuracy and  reliability of our site  we make no guarantees of uninterrupted or error free use or that the site and the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components and that you use our site at your own risk.
